LIVE METAL ALCHEMY CEREMONY

We had the pleasure of being interviewed by Fox 9 about our collaboration with Art is My Weapon and Chicago Avenue Fire Arts Center, working with families affected by gun violence to transform guns into shovels which will then be used to plant trees in honor of their loved ones. This transformation will take place on September 21st, 2021 from 7-9:30pm at Jackson Square Park in Minneapolis, MN, where we will use our iron furnace to melt down the guns and create the art that will go on the shovels. The families will then use the shovels to plant trees at the sites of their loved ones later in October 2021.
